Please note our cancellation policy applies unless there is a death in the family or a life threatening incident:

A booking constitutes a binding contract. Guests can take out insurance in the event they need to cancel. Reservations are confirmed on receipt of payment in full within 24 hours of making a reservation – 50% of which is deemed a deposit. Provisional bookings will automatically be cancelled if the payment is not received as above.
